FREE Delivery Within Australia

Ziera is pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within Australia.

We deliver using Star Track. Standard delivery to metropolitan areas usually takes 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery to regional areas.

All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

As all orders must be signed for on delivery, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Delivery to New Zealand

Shipping is free for orders over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a flat fee of $15 AUD. From 1 December 2019, GST of 15% applies on orders to New Zealand due to government policy changes. More information can be found here.

You are wholly liable for the payment of all customs charges and taxes. The items will be held by DHL as the customs broker and will not be released for delivery until all customs charges and taxes are paid.

All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

After your purchase is complete, we will organise for your order to be picked, packed & dispatched as soon as possible. This helps us to send your goods quickly but this also means that we're unable to make changes to your order, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes or removing items.

You will receive two emails from Ziera, once confirming your order has been placed and one including a tracking link so you can stay in the loop. Please note - orders containing more than one item may receive more than one tracking number and may be delivered at different times.

We do not deliver to Parcel Lockers or Click & Collect locations.

If you are not available at your nominated delivery address & the delivery driver deems it as unsafe to Safe Drop the package, the driver will drop off your order at the nearest Australia Post outlet for pick up. The driver will leave a note in your mail box to let you know you have missed a delivery and where it can be picked up. This applies to standard Australian deliveries.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order contained faulty items. For more information, please see our Returns Policy.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Australia and New Zealand.
