i bought your shoes duel and i love them.

I have bought 2 pairs and I love them I have Orthotics and I have had no trouble with them.they are very supportive for my feet as I have very slim feet and was very happy to find them.

My orthotics just don't work in this shoe. My feet keep sliding through and out over the toes. This doesn't happen when I take the orthotics out. I have 2 pair, 1 in black that I used to wear to work and a brown pair.

I have the Escape shoe in a wide fitting. Will I need Wide or Ex Wide in the Duel and Debut sandal? I tried the Dart in Wide but it was too narrow.

Janice, Yes, all our ¾ inlays have the support necessary for foot support for a severe pronating foot. This style is in our Orthotics range for this reason. thanks

Does this shoe have metatarsil support in the insert?

Brilliant sandal. I have absolutely thrashed my two pair and they still look great.

Bought a pair of DUEL sandals in pewter, very comfortable right from the start BUT the black linning leaves your feet with a black stain on them. Any ideas how to overcome this, not the type of shoe you would wear a stocking with??
I am now not wearing them as much as i should not good for an expensive pair of shoes.

I have a brown pair of these and they have been everywhere man!

These sandals are so comfortable. I have wide feet and a high instep and it is quite difficult to find sandals that are so comfortable, supportive yet stylish. I love them!
